    • Details of Service and Care:

      Treating a pet with holistic and homeopathic medicine is different than standard conventional Veterinary care. It takes significant time to research and analyze each individual patient’s symptoms and case. Therefore instead of charges for medicines, vaccines etc; there will be charges for time spent reviewing and analyzing your pet’s homeopathic and holistic treatment. This maybe time during the consultation, but also maybe time spent afterwards doing research or analyzing the case. It is important to understand this, so that we can work together to care for your pet, and have clarity regarding the fee structure. .

    • Initial homeopathic intake (constitutional assessment): $200

      This initial consultation takes about 1-1.5 hours and we will review your pet’s medical history, current symptoms and situation. We will also discuss health maintenance, nutrition and illness prevention, vaccine recommendations. This includes the homeopathic analysis and research that may need to be done after the appointment. Acute or first aid situations may be addressed in a shorter appointment of approximately 45 minutes which is $110. .

    • Follow-ups appointments: $100

      Follow-ups are usually 30-45 minutes in length and are scheduled at 4-6 week intervals as needed until we feel your pet is responding to treatmen.. Housecall follow-ups are $98. Includes House Visit, examination, discussion on health maintenance, nutrition and illness prevention. Phone Follow-up consultations may be done if appropriate, at a charge of $50/call, Email updates if appropriate, are $15-$25 for every 15 minutes of time .

    • General check-ups:$120

      These do NOT include a discussion of homeopathic remedies, and case analysis is not done.

    • Emergency Phone Calls :$60

      Calls to ask for acute remedies in an emergency situation. This service is NOT available 24/7.

    • Travel charges:$5-20

      vary on area, Tricities $5, Burnaby/Vancouver/North/West Vancouver $10-20, Whiterock and South Surrey $25

    • Payment methods:

      Currently payment is cash, or cheque

    • Cancellation policy:

      At least 24 hour notice on cancelled appointments is appreciated

    • Laboratory tests:

      Blood, urine, fecal, swabs and other samples may be taken during the visit, and submitted to the Laboratory. Prices for these vary with the test taken, and can be provided at the time of examination.

    • Homeopathic Medicines:

      Once the your pet’s case has been analyzed and researched, a remedy will be dispensed. This will usually be mailed to you, or may be picked up locally.
      Homeopathic remedies are not expensive and may be dispensed as a liquid or small granules.
      The charge for remedies ranges from $10-$15, depending on what is dispensed.
